It gives me immense pride and joy to share the inspiring journey of my student, Anant Poddar, a young man who dared to dream big and step into a world far removed from his earlier life. Having worked in the IT sector in bustling metro cities, Anant decided to trade his corporate career for something much closer to the earth—literally. Today, he is a shining example of how determination, courage, and the right guidance can transform someone into a Hi-Tech farmer and a true AgriVeer.

As a teacher, there can never be a prouder or happier moment than watching your students achieve great things, break barriers, and make a mark in the world. Today, I want to share a story that fills my heart with pride and joy—the story of my student, Anant Poddar, who has risen to prominence as a pioneer in soilless farming in his state of Uttar Pradesh.

A couple of years ago, Anant joined CV Hydro’s Intensive 90-Day Soilless Cultivation Training Program, a transformative course designed to empower passionate individuals to become AgriVeers—warriors of agriculture for the future. Through our intensive, hands-on learning approach, Anant gained the practical skills, scientific knowledge, and confidence to lead his own farming journey.

The program was not just about learning the theory of hydroponics and soilless farming; it was about stepping into the field, getting your hands dirty, and mastering the craft of growing healthy, residue-free, and pesticide-free produce.
